​AJ’s career spans more than 18 years and multiple industries, including restaurant and event planning, advertising and marketing, and software development. Each role sharpened her ability to listen, adapt, think creatively, and lead with intention.

She believes that everything in life involves influence in some way and that the most powerful growth happens when it’s rooted in trust, honesty, and human connection.

Outside of work, AJ is deeply rooted in family and community, valuing the active life she and her husband have built together. An outdoor enthusiast who enjoys lake days, boating, and gardening, she also has a creative passion for interior design and writing. In this season of life, you'll most likely see her on the sidelines at the hockey rink or baseball field - cheering on their teenage boys.
